Be More Specific About App PM Purchases

There needs to be a post that mentions that upon paying for Premium Membership from The App, the user should expect to wait an average of 4 hours for the actual PM to take effect within The App. AND especially that if one is asking why they can't access PM caches when they paid for it, the question must include:

1) The amount of time that has elapsed since the PM membership was paid, and

2) Whether this issue is App or web site, and if App, which phone and which App.

 

AND pin that post to the top of the App sections of the Forum.
