Android Back Button Issues?

We are trying to troubleshoot which devices and scenarios are currently causing the Adventures app to crash or lock up when android users are hitting the back button.  If this has happened to you, could you please reply with your make/model of your phone and what steps we should take to reproduce?  Thanks again for helping us!

Samsung Galaxy Xcover 3

Step 1: Start Adventure Lab

Step 2: Press Back button

Expected behaviour: The App will close

Actual behaviour: The app do not close. It does nothing when I use the back button. I have to close it manually from the task manager.

Back navigation is how users move backward through the history of screens they previously visited. All Android devices provide a Back button for this type of navigation, so you should not add a Back button to your app’s UI. Depending on the user’s Android device, this button might be a physical button or a software button.
