Colorado 300 - Erasing Data

I would like to remove all waypoint and GC data from the GPS. How do I do this?

Delete all GPX files in the Garmin/GPX folder.

It's been very long since I use a Co 300 but If I remember correctly you go to the waypoint manager and "delete" > delete all

Here's a decent site that has help with both a Colorado GPS and Geocaching:  https://www.gpsrchive.com/colorado/index.htm

Click a topic of interest in the menu to the right (such as Waypoints).  Also, there may be GPX cache files on an SD card in certain cases.  I don't know if your question also includes tracks and cache find counts and everything, maybe you're asking how to reset the whole thing.  Anyway, that's a cool site to poke around in, and it will certainly get you started.
