+CURLSOFLIGHT Posted July 22, 2019 Share Posted July 22, 2019 I have noticed that caches appear on the web site and not on my phone app. From the website I planed to go to a park where 15 caches were available to be found (I did not create a list) and once onsite no caches appeared on the app, including around the area. Only a very small quantity appear on my app in comparison to what is available on the website. Internet is always on, I have a Samsung android phone and have premium. Anyone has this problem as well ? Anyone know how to fix this issue ? Thanks in advance Quote Link to comment

geo_android Posted July 23, 2019 Share Posted July 23, 2019 Hello! Another thing to check would be if there are any active filters on. The app will remember what filters you have applied until you tell it not to, so any filters that were turned on from the last time you were in the app will still be turned on. 1 Quote Link to comment
+NanCycle Posted August 1, 2019 Share Posted August 1, 2019 I experienced this same problem recently, that caches showing on the website were not showing on the app. It was not due to filters . It turned out to be a temporary problem, because a week later the caches did show on the app. Quote Link to comment
