Hyperlink inside profile page

Recommended Posts

Some time ago I read something which suggested that Groundspeak do something to hyperlinks inside a profile page.  I gathered that when you click the link they intercept the link somehow.

Can anyone explain what they do?  I suspect that whatever it is is causing problems with my external GSAK statistics.

Thanks

Tony

Interesting....  I wouldn't have thought Groundspeak could do anything to the target page when it opens in the browser after clicking the link.

But....

- Click on your link and it opens in new tab, the tabs on your stats page don't work

- Right click and open in new tab, and the tabs on your stats page work

- Copy the URL to a new browser tab, and they work

(Google Chrome)

In fact, the tabs work in every circumstance except directly clicking on the link.  On my PC as a local file, loaded directly into a browser by typing the URLin the address bar, right-click and load, shift-click into a new window.  It always works except when I directly click the link.
