+fishgeek
My 64S has been doing a lot of funny things lately (funny weird, not funny ha-ha). I have the latest firmware according to Garmin Express, but I think it might be corrupted. Is there a way to force Garmin Express to update the firmware anyway? Quote Link to comment

Garmin Express, No. Sometime WebUpdater lets you install same firmware, but usually when the GPSr reboots and sees the 'update' is the same version, it ignores it. What you can do is manually load a previous version firmware and 'downgrade' the unit, the install the newer firmware again. That being said, what is the GPSMAP 64s doing so funny? Firmware corruption is not impossible, but highly unlikely. Quote Link to comment
