Found a New Cache in La Honda, CA - Can't find on site...HELP

I recently found a cache while out hiking with friends at the Skyline Ridge Reserve at Horseshoe Lake in La Honda, CA. It was placed on 5/1/2019 and I was the STF. I'd love to mark it as a find but I cannot find it on here at all. It had the official book and everything so it's a legit cache.

There are 4 caches near Horseshoe lake. None are recent hides. My guess, the cache hasn't been approved yet.

I'm not seeing any archived caches in that area with recent activity, either.
