+mandevil Posted April 27, 2019 Share Posted April 27, 2019 When I solve a mystery cache, I edit the cache's coordinates on the web to point to the final coordinates. The cache icon in the application changes to that special blue thing, which appears on the map in the actual location of the final. Now when I choose "Navigate", the application will start to navigate me towards the final. So far so good. But now, when I am map-navigating (ie. the app is showing a line between my current position and the final) I switch into the "compass" mode, the compass needle is navigating me towards the starting coordinates instead of final. Why is this? Is that a bug? Can anyone else replicate that? App version is 7.9.2. 1 Quote Link to comment

Clicking a cache with the puzzle piece icon, which indicates corrected coords, then "Navigate" shows a blue line from my position to the solved location. But clicking on the Compass icon then points to the original coords. I'm also using app version 7.9.2 and Android 8.0.0. FYI - This bug seems isolated to Android, as iOS points to the solved coords in both Navigate and Compass modes. Quote Link to comment
