Translation in Norwegian Language

For an Event Cache I need to translate a short text to norwegian language.

Can somebody be so kind to translate the following wording?

We meet on July 07, 2019 at 11:00 clock at the above coordinates for a short meet & greet.
The Radisson Blue Royal Hotel Bergen is located in the immediate vicinity.

The log will be available at least till 11:30 Clock before we disappear again in all directions.

During this time Coins or Travelbugs can be exchanged or those who want to travel to Germany, can be handed over.
To avoid misunderstandings, only Travelbugs / Coins which fit into a conventional small-cache can be exchanged at the event.
It's also OK to bring larger Tavelbugs or Coins, but these must be taken back by the one who brought the Travelbug / Coin.

Please keep in mind that the event takes place outdoors. So you should dress according to the current weather.

Vi møtes til et meet & greet 7 juli kl 11 ved oppgitte koordinater, like ved Radisson Blue Royal Hotel Bergen. Loggboken vil være tilgjengelig til minst kl 1130, før vi spres for alle vinder. Coiner og TB'er som passer I små cacher, og som ønsker å reise til Tyskland kan overleveres på dette eventet. Eventet er utendørs så kle deg etter været.
