My husband, Papa EGTH, and I will be in Vancouver during the week of June 10 and we'd like to host a meet-and-greet event on the evening of Wednesday, June 12 around 6pm for an hour or 90 minutes. N 49 16.647, W 123 06.825 The Iconic Vancouver Library is another suggestion, however there is pretty intense construction there at the moment and I am not sure it will be clear by June. The Queen Elizabeth Theatre Plaza also has a nice space close by. N 49 16.793, W 123 06.805 Very popular is the Vancouver Art Gallery - N 49 16.990, W 123 07.205 A little further away and by far the most popular is Jack Pool Plaza, where there 2010 Olympic torch is - N 49 17.362, W 123 07.062 Hope that helps!
