GeekKitty Posted January 13, 2019 Posted January 13, 2019 I have three Kent based caches that I'd like to put up for adoption as I am no longer able to maintain them. https://www.geocaching.com/geocache/GC2ATXA_route-18-forked https://www.geocaching.com/geocache/GC2ATWZ_route-18-beeched https://www.geocaching.com/geocache/GC1N5KC_anno-domine-mm Would anyone like to take over? I believe all three are still in position, tho some may need a new log book. Thanks J Quote
Blue Square Thing Posted January 14, 2019 Posted January 14, 2019 I'd be interested. I've found two of them and am in Kent on a regular basis during the summer for cricket and I can easily divert through the route through Crundale - especially if it involves stopping off at the pub in Sole Street :-) If there's no one more local who bites your hand off then let me know. 1 Quote

Does that mean the other two, are going to be archived ? Apparently both missing for some time. Temporarily-disabled ("retired") not the same as actually archiving them. 1 Quote

Excellent. Noone else seems to have volunteered. How do I transfer them to you? On 1/14/2019 at 7:03 PM, cerberus1 said: Does that mean the other two, are going to be archived ? That's a good question! I'll look it up ... So, this seems to explain how to do it. I think. http://geocaching.wikia.com/wiki/Geocache_Adoption That should send me a message which I accept and then it's done. I think :-) Quote
