Geocache Runde

Recommended Posts

Rather than posting to a public forum (even a regional public forum), you might have more luck approaching specific individuals who consider your geocaches especially significant. For example, anyone who gave your geocaches a Favorites point, or anyone for whom your geocache was their first Find when they started geocaching.

Why ?  This a basic question, and could be answered easily

If fact, niraD did just that, compared to your non-answer.    :)

Besides niraD's good response, I'd add maybe a post on the cache page,  asking for someone to adopt might work too.   :)

Even though it seems half need maintenance, there might be someone interested (for various reasons) in fixing them, then taking them over.

I recently saw a cache where the CO added a "This cache is up for adoption" card to the cache.  That way, a finder that may have enjoyed the cache could consider adopting it and send the CO a PM expressing interest.
