New Map Cache Symbols

Looking at new map and suddenly saw that all our hides symbols are not shown on our website that it is one of our hides.  It simply shows it as an unfound cache symbol.

This is a problem that's been reported repeatedly in the release notes thread almost from day one, but remains unfixed. Owned caches are shown as unfound on the Geocaching map option, but are shown with the owned cache star on the other two map options (Google Road Map  and Google Satellite).

The team working on the new maps is aware of this and planning to update the icons so they are identified as your Owned Caches very soon. Thanks for your patience. After trying the new Card for some days I didn´t like it.

The Card did not Show all Caches, only by zoom into the Card the Caches will come up.

 

Is there a Chance to Switch back to the old stil by default.?

For me the old style is more handy

Yes, there is a way to opt out from the new map.

When I cicked one the NewMap Optout link, I ended up on a Error 404: DNF page.

Do you see the "What's this?" link at the top of the map? Clicking on that should bring you to the opt out option that includes instructions on how to access the new map should you ever want to see it again.

Yes, then you're actually not opted in. ;-)
