+Lazy Swimmer
I would like to 'dip' a new geocoin in all my previous finds, 1244 at present, and wondered if there was a tool to do this? I want to be able to see all my finds together on one map, not bothered about the miles. I've googled and searched this forum but cant see any way to do it Thanks Quote Link to comment
+kunarion
You could certainly do it with GSAK. If you need the steps and macros and tips to pull it off, ask here: https://gsak.net/board/ Other such software may work, too. Quote Link to comment
+IceColdUK
Another vote for GSAK. The macro you need is perhaps unsurprisingly call DipTB! https://gsak.net/board/index.php?showtopic=20310 Quote Link to comment

I’m guessing that’s something to do with changes to the Groundspeak API. I’d ask for help on the GSAK forums. If you’re on Facebook there’s a ‘GSAK Geocaching Help’ group; worth trying there too. Good luck! Quote Link to comment

Dipping in 1244 caches would send out thousands of emails to people watching those caches. Emails that benefit nobody, who cares about a TB dip? Spam spam spam spam spam... 3 1 Quote Link to comment

While making new logs for each cache would be the easiest way of doing things, it's also the most disruptive. While it would be more work, the ideal way to do this is to edit each previous log and log the visit using the existing log. Yep, you can do that. It's more tedious, but it wouldn't re-email every cache owner and anyone else watching each cache. 1 Quote Link to comment

+MNTA
I too have to ask why? What's the benefit to you? Quote Link to comment

It’s nice to be able to see your Geocaching travels mapped out. I have a few trackables that I use in this way, for example this one is dipped into the Earthcaches I visit: Quote Link to comment
+colleda
That's something I would like to be able to do but after almost 7 years I fear it's a little too late to start Edited October 20, 2018 by colleda typo 2 Quote Link to comment

I do the same thing https://coord.info/TB6R3X9 Though I started from the date I acquired the TB. As you can see it get congested pretty fast. Can't really decree much except a few of the road trips over the years. But it's fun to look back and remember things. Quote Link to comment

The ‘View in Google Earth’ option is good - the website map is a little too small. Quote Link to comment
