TB Race A.D. 2018

Hello.

 

It's a year 2018. We have travelbugs for many years, but in my opinion this great idea is not well supported. What am I mean?

TB races and TB statistics of course. Not enough support on main site for a year 2018.

 

In the meantime great geotrib.es (geotribes.geotastic.com/home.php) was closed, and another http://www.tb-run.com/ will be closed at 8th October. Nothing more left?

 

Of course you can stiil use icons on your profile like here https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=41&pgid=166

Still it's not comparable with something like this:

So it's my point of view.

Trackable codes are mostly for sale, so money shouldn't be a problem to keep an official server with more informations about trackables?

Any idea? Thank you.

It's the year 2018, and like Geocaches  (what this hobby is to most) things change.

Between "Visit" hoarders and outright theft, I feel many are just happy that their  trackables are still in play today...

I believe the present options are fine as-is thanks, for this side-game of the actual hobby.
