Read the whole page, since there seem to be some changes in the firmware!

Post the specific link to the firmware. All I see on that site is "The webpage cannot be found" or smart watches, which is why I didn't post it.

No problem with the link here.

These types of gps receivers come with an installer program. Since the ts didn't specify which computer he has, I provided the link to the downloads for all possible operating systems.

Cool.  But since they are all broken links the OP can't load any of them.

I just downloaded the Windows 2.9 link without any problem with my smartphone.

Perhaps a local issue?

Maybe you could quote the specific link you used? I just tried several of the links, and they don't work for me, either. Some are to download.garmin.com which doesn't seem to exist, and the other links are to support.delorme.com (e.g. https://support.delorme.com/kb/articles/77?&_ga=2.218803033.1127967318.1537568139-1857736675.1537568139#topo8), but following them leads to a garmin website page (https://www.garmin.com/en-US/#topo8) that looks like the kind of page a company puts up when they don't want to admit that they don't have any idea what you're talking about, so they just show you their current products and hope you'll forget what you were really looking for.

For a while, it looked like garmin might support the delorme GPSrs just by accident, but increasingly I'm running into stuff like this where you can sometimes find the original delorme web page, except that it exists in an unusuable vacuum.
