how do I log needs maintenance on a cache

This was so easy some time ago, but now I have no idea how to do it

On the website, choose your log type, then after you write your message and include what the problem is in the message. Then click "Report a problem" (bottom right). A list comes up. Choose the one that applies.

Or go back to the earlier 'logging experience', where it is available.

I tried the first method but I wanted a Needs Maintenance log,  I find that kind of log is more likely to grab the attention of the cache owner. 

 

How do I find the  earlier logging experience?

When you "report a problem" it will also post a NM log. It'll post both a Write Note and a NM.

On the top right of "log this geocache" is "Logging has a new look".  Under it is "Opt out".   Click on it.

 - Now you have all the needed log actions, right where they should be.

Do you use apps? Cachly (iPhone) has the NM and NA logs.
