Can a category officer tell when a waymark was edited?

There's a waymark whose coords are way off. However, several people have visited this waymark (including me), so I HIGHLY suspect the coords were edited after we visited (they are now 00.000).

Can an officer tell when a waymark was edited? I'm just curious about this one. I'll send the WMO the correct coords later this week when I can visit the site in person, just in case it was an accident, but....something is amiss.

The only way to estimate the timing of a  waymark edit is if one of the category reviewers/officers happened to keep their e-mailed notification request concerning that edit.  However, that assumes that the edit request originally came from a non-officer.  An officer may have made the edit directly and only that officer will know the timing.

Thanks! That's what I suspected.
