Why doesn't this TB show its Release Date?

This is not my TB, but rather one I picked up at an event today.  I'm curious why it's not showing the Release Date or place of Origin?  Usually it shows just under the Owner name.

That's odd. It also doesn't have an "Origin".

Maybe because it started its travels by being "grabbed", presumably from the TO.  Most other trackables start their travels by being "placed" somewhere.  Although, I don't know why that difference in starting point would cause the missing fields.

I did a leetle test on one of my TBs by deleting its first Drop log.  No change to "Release Date" by doing that.  Maybe if I keep messing with it, I could do it.

 

I wonder if it's more of an activation glitch.  Like a temporary server thing that day.

Yeah, I think my initial thought was incorrect.

I just checked a TB I have that hasn't move at all.  It has a Release Date and Origin, which were set when I activated the trackable. Your idea about an "activation glitch" seems more plausible.
