Is a virtual logbook is accept when we create a techno gadget cache electronic?

I tried to get permission to make digital log to a cagdet cache but I did not get a permission. I think that virtual log is even more difficult to get accepted.

 

I was slightly surprised because it gives me impression that there is no future in this hobby if we can not even negotiate about new experimental features.

This is only a guideline and could be easily overridden by special agreement for an experimental cache. But I see that there is no interest for such development.
