How do I download the coordinates onto my gps?

I have a Garmin, it  is hooked up to my laptop. But I can not figure out how to get the coordinates transferred to the GPS?

As a basic member you can only load caches one at a time.  Go to the cache page and find the "GPX File" button.  With your GPS connected to your computer, click the button and it will download the cache.  It needs to go into the Garmin/GPX folder.  So download it 1) directly to that folder or 2) to your computer and then copy(or cut)/paste it to the Garmin.

I also couldn't figure out how to get the caches transferred to my Garmin GPS. This works! Thanks a lot.

Erstens: Du möchtest sicher gern die Antwort wissen, oder?

Zweitens: Die Antwort wurde schon von Icezebra11 gegeben.

Drittens: Hast Du jetzt ein eTrex 10, oder nicht? Die drei Fragezeichen irritieren etwas. Man weiß leider nicht, ob das eine Aussage oder eine Frage ist.

Viertens: Im Gegensatz zum TO (der nur Basic Member ist) kannst Du PQs erstellen und diese auf dein Gerät laden. Wie das geht erfährst Du dort:
