+ntpayne
I have been unable to create waymarks for the last four days as I am unable to load images. Every time I try I get the message (as attached), 'There is no image with that ID'. I have tried Chrome, IE and Firefox. I have loaded many hundreds in the past. As far as I am aware no software updates have occured in the last week on my surface Book Pro. Thanks in advance, Neil Quote Link to comment
+elyob
I am getting exactly the same message today on visit photos using Chrome. It also failed in Firefox. It did work on Safari, on another device. Edited August 1, 2018 by elyob Quote Link to comment
Bon Echo
I was having that same issue, only with photos loaded directly from my phone and only from one of the two camera apps I use (OpenCamera for android). I could load photos from the other camera app (MotoG factory camera), or, if I save edited the photo in an app it would then load. I assumed it was just an issue on my phone. I know that doesn;t help you any but maybe it helps to troubleshoot the problem or give you some ideas for working around it? Quote Link to comment
+Max and 99
I got that message only once, but it may have been a fluke. Using Firefox I had no issues uploading a photo to a waymark. Quote Link to comment
+QuarrellaDeVil
I am generally uploading my files here from Irfanview, and once in awhile, I see this same message on a photo that was rotated by my camera. I simply resave the file, and what was bothering the site gets removed when I resubmit. Quote Link to comment
