+Spandoc Posted July 26, 2018 Posted July 26, 2018 Has something changed with downloading offline data for caches in lists? I haven't used this feature in a few months but needed to do it today for some caches in an area without cell coverage and the link/button to do it appears to be missing. I tried on my iPhone and on my computer with both Chrome and Firefox while connected to the internet. I used to see a refresh or download offline data link, but today there is nothing. I am a premium member. Did something change? Thanks. Quote
Keystone Posted July 26, 2018 Posted July 26, 2018 Are you asking about the official iPhone app? To the right of the list you want to download the data for, there is a circle. Click on that. You will have the options of deleting the list, viewing the list's caches on a map, or "Download Offline Data." On the website it looks similar on the "Lists" page - click the circle at the right, and one of the options is "Send to Garmin" if that's the offline data you need. Quote
+Spandoc Posted July 26, 2018 Author Posted July 26, 2018 Thanks, that is what was missing. However, after rebooting the phone it has reappeared. Strange, but all set now, thanks. Quote
Keystone Posted July 27, 2018 Posted July 27, 2018 I moved this thread from the general Geocaching Topics forum. Quote

That's one level too far. If you go back to the list of Lists and tap the ... beside one of the lists, you should see "View on Map". I would expect the two locations should have the same options, though, so this could maybe be considered a bug. Quote
