download offline data link missing?

Has something changed with downloading offline data for caches in lists?  I haven't used this feature in a few months but needed to do it today for some caches in an area without cell coverage and the link/button to do it appears to be missing.  I tried on my iPhone and on my computer with both Chrome and Firefox while connected to the internet.  I used to see a refresh or download offline data link, but today there is nothing.  I am a premium member.  Did something change? Thanks.

Are you asking about the official iPhone app?

To the right of the list you want to download the data for, there is a circle. Click on that.  You will have the options of deleting the list, viewing the list's caches on a map, or "Download Offline Data."

On the website it looks similar on the "Lists" page - click the circle at the right, and one of the options is "Send to Garmin" if that's the offline data you need.

On my iPhone , at that place on the upper right of a list page, the options I see are only Delete or Download, no View on a map.

That's one level too far. If you go back to the list of Lists and tap the ... beside one of the lists, you should see "View on Map".

I would expect the two locations should have the same options, though, so this could maybe be considered a bug.
