Retrieving Server Error 500 while creating pocket query

I've tried (in Filezilla and Edge) to create a pocket query from a route and a list, both result in the emailbox in an extra line with the message:
Server Error  Geocaching Server 500 your request resulted in an error.

Also sending a list to my Garmin Etrex 20x results in connection error, while update Garmin with Garmin tool works fine.

Please help
