All 50 states (well 48 in the continental US)

I'm sure it has been asked and if so maybe direct me to the thread but does anyone have a basic roadmap to find a cache in all the states?

Well, there are articles like this:
Computing the optimal road trip across the U.S.

 

It isn't a geocaching road trip, but the basic route could be used, just finding geocaches along the way.

There was a post awhile back that showed a route they took through Europe to get as many countries as possible.

Changing continents; there is a challenge cache in the Northern Territory of Australia to find a cache in every state and territory in Australia in one year. I managed this in 2016, and drove over 12,000 kms to complete it.An Explorer’s Challenge Cache - GC5BFD9

Several years ago a friend set out to cache all 50 states and used a similar route to this as a guide - although I think he based his trip on a two week itinerary that someone had done.   Five days seems pushing it:

The 30 day routes might seem mote reasonable but to me there would be so much to see and do that 300 might be more realistic.

I met a UK tourist in the USA who was aiming to find a cache in every state in America.

I have found caches in all 50 states, but I didn't do it in one or two road trips. I did it over a period of years, as we vacationed or had business in different areas of the country.
