gps recommendations

Is anyone using a Magellan explorist 610, I'm having a hard time making it work, any help would be helpful,   Rayrach

What's not working?  The handheld itself?  Loading caches?  "Making it work" covers quite a bit.

I downloaded the communicator, found it in my downloads then I went to geocache and tried to load cache but nothing happens.

I work with cell phone but I will ask my circle of friends it they have that model of GPS
