+Jayeffel
I am not acquainted with letterbox caches other that they have clues to follow once you find the initial coordinates. I see in descriptions that stamps are used , apparently ink stamps. Other than that, I don't know, I have found a few and merely signed the long ad recorded on geocaching.comas usual. +Harry Dolphin
Letterbox Hybrids are caches that contain a letterbox stamp. They can be in traditional Letter Box style: Follow the clues to find the container. They can be mystery caches: Project this many feet in this direction. Or the can be standard caches with the stamp inside. The stamp is what makes them Letterbox Hybrids. 2 Quote Link to comment
+Touchstone
Harry Dolphin's explanation summarizes it nicely. Here's a bit more information on the topic if you're interested: https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=127&pgid=822 1 Quote Link to comment
+cerberus1
If you don't have a stamp of your own, it's fine to just sign the log . It used to say that in the Help Center, but it's yet another thing changed, and no longer there... Quote Link to comment
