+francisfamily Posted June 23, 2018 Share Posted June 23, 2018 I just activated my trackable and placed it in a cache but it’s not showing in my inventory in the app to drop it. When I go to the webpage it shows and can bring up it’s page but also can’t log a drop. I do notice at the bottom of the bugs page it says “Sorry, I was unable to find any records.” Help please. You can edit your Found it log ; your trackable wil show below the log and you can select Dropped off. Added later: I have looked at your profile and see that you are not new at this, that you have moved many trackables and presumably know how to do it. So if the usual method doesn't work, you need GS help. Yes, it will say "unable to find any records" until there are logs for it.
