+SN67 Posted June 8, 2018 Share Posted June 8, 2018 (edited) Is it an "only-Denmark" problem, since noone apparently has addressed it here, that the mail notification doesn't seem to work? Ever since some time yesterday afternoon (DK-time! (min. some 14-16 hours prior to this message)) I've recieved no mails whatsoever from HQ. I got cache publication emails this morning, but not received anything for the logs that have been made on it. I did get a notification email when someone sent me a message via the message centre. I noticed it when I submitted a new EarthCache for review and didn’t receive any emails about it. I also didn’t receive a notification when someone messaged me. Quote Link to comment

Apart from that I get nothing - no logs on own caches, no watchlist, no notifications (all three should have happened multiple times). The last mail I got (via watchlist) was from yesterday 21:04 CEST (19:04 UTC). Quote Link to comment

Notifications should be going out again now, and no data was lost. However, it may take some time for the service to get back up to speed with real-time emails.
