+BFMC
Have been working on an unpublished cache over the last couple of hours. Had no issues until about 30 mins ago when I get the attached error when hitting either save or save & preview. Have tried it with multiple unpublished caches and get the same result. Have had another user try to create a cache and they are able to replicate the error also. Quote Link to comment
Frau Potter
Thanks for reporting. Our engineers are seeing errors, as well, and they are looking into it. We hope to resolve it soon. 1 Quote Link to comment
+Viajero Perdido
This is the kind of error they would be notified about automatically. Something went wrong at their end. Odds are, they're already working on it. (DOH - missed it by that much. Yep, they know.) Edited June 6, 2018 by Viajero Perdido Quote Link to comment

Post was for other members to be aware/know it wasnt something they were doing as much as it was for the GS team. Quote Link to comment

+The Waysiders
Geocaching Twitter account says "All services are back to normal, thank you for your patience. Happy geocaching!" However, attempting to edit and save an unpublished geocache page still results in Error 500. Quote Link to comment

I tested it myself and discovered that it really did save. Hopefully that can be a work-around for you until they fix it? 1 Quote Link to comment

It wasnt saving when I first encountered it as there was a specific change I made regarding a FTF prize in the cache details that didnt save, but it is now. Happy days, I can move on for the moment Quote Link to comment
+The Waysiders
Thanks again. I've also noticed I am unable to add attributes to the cache pages. After selecting them they vanish upon saving the updated cache page. Quote Link to comment
SnowstormMK
This should be resolved now. Quote Link to comment
+PittyPry
I have a similar problem. I have planned a cache, but already in 2016. In between, I have always changed something, but most of the time he was not touched. Now I want to enter the Final Coordinates, change and release something, but I can not enter anything anymore. In the dashboard I find the cache under UNPUBLISHED DISABLED CACHES. What can I do here? The cache is in Germany. Quote Link to comment
