+niraD Posted June 5, 2018 Share Posted June 5, 2018 When I go to my email preferences page (the same place where you can add a new email address)https://www.geocaching.com/account/settings/emailpreferences there is a "Set as primary" link next to the non-primary email address(es). Do you not see the "Set as primary" link(s) on your email preferences page? Quote Link to comment
+cerberus1 Posted June 5, 2018 Share Posted June 5, 2018 (edited) IIRC, you have to add a new email first, then "set as" your primary. Info here. Then be sure you click on "Save Changes" or your changes won't be saved. ET ask... Did you verify your new address? If still having trouble, an email to Groundspeak through the Help Center may be in order. - Just click on the "contact us" link on the bottom of most geocaching pages (and this forum).
