S/he will certainly add some local advices or requirements. You'll have to follow them all. According to your profile, you're quite new to the game... If you're not on some kind of hurry (and why would you be?) may I suggest that you play a little bit longer in order to identify the kind of cache you like? Anyway, please note that being an earthcache's owner isn't simpler than being an other type of geocache's owner. In particular, this is quite a hard job to check visitors' answers.
