Yeah, my guess too. Sorta like people putting SBA in their logs instead of placing that NA. Urban slang for weird too. We mention issues in our logs if we know a CO well enough, realizing they'll take care of it from there (we act on found logs too), but there's a lot of caches where multiple folks are mentioning issues, but not one adds that NM.
