convert metes and bounds description to GPS

If you have (or can obtain) GPS coordinates for your known points and your description gives a bearing and distance to the unknown corners, you could project a waypoint from the known point to the unknown point using the bearing and distance. Keep in mind that the coordinates shown on your GPS could easily be 20-30 feet off (or more) unless you're using very expensive survey-grade equipment. If your remaining corners are marked and you just need to get close enough to find the marker, this might not be a problem. If your remaining corners are unmarked and you need better than an approximate location for your property corners, you might look into hiring a surveyor.

In addition to Windstorm+'s recommendations, if your local government has a GIS page, try pulling up your property and then take a look at the aerial or satellite view.  You may be able to get coords off the GIS map; if not, it will at least show you where to look.
