+wilcoxweedpatch
I am a member of a group of cachers that hold outdoor events. We need some suggestions for some fun activities to do that might lure more people to attend the events. All suggestions are welcome.. and appreciated... Quote Link to comment
+NLBokkie
How about a (BYO?) picnic? Or a tree or rock climbing course (make sure it's covered by insurance)? Create a few caches that will be published during the meet (best right after imo as not to spoil the event itself)? Quote Link to comment
+coman123
Geocaching BINGO Ammocan Toss Closest to the Pin At one event I was wearing a name tag on my shirt that said "free un-activated coin at (coordinates). No one went for it until the end of the event, the coin was hidden 20 meters from where I was sitting. LOL Quote Link to comment
+cerberus1
My favorite event was a tree-top adventure course with a lot of zip-lining involved. We had a meet n greet lunch afterwards (as the actual event) that included others who maybe didn't want to participate. It turned out to be the most talked-about event that year.
