Why my language preference resets continuously to russia?

Please replace "russia" with "english" to get my picture. This bug seems to originate since 2012 but is still not resolved. Why? You don't respect your non-english customers. Is that so? I hope not.

Are you using an app (c:geo)? It seems that app sets your language to English every time you use it. If not, we need more info about what you're doing.

If you are using c:geo, please see this answer from them.
