I've tried using 4g as well as WiFi. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing seems to work. Very frustrated. Any ideas? Using a Motorola phone... Quote Link to comment

Sounds like you would've achieved the same thing by un/re-installing the app. Are other tabs (Activity, Waypoints) populating for you and it's just About that is blank?
