O.K. drysiders, I have a work related seminar on April 16 and 17 in Yakima. But I'm planning on squeezing in a little caching on the side (nudge, nudge, wink, wink, say no more, say no more). How about suggesting some local favorite caches for my wife and I to find? Coming from Bellingham via I-90 we could also hit some along the way. We actually prefer east of the mountains, climate-wise and love the wide open vistas you people have to offer so give us your best-we don't mind climbing!(Rattlesnakes optional) Thanks in advance!

I'm glad you are coming to Yakima, spend lots of money, our economy needs it. I use zip code 98908 for this area. In my opinion you must do Baby Talk, it is excellent! Another easy one that is right in town is Stumped. Also ACAggie is close to town and fairly easy. If you want a walk on our Greenway, do Riparian roam. If you want one a little farther out of town, do Tieton Nature Trail. There are several other good ones, but for a short stay these are probably the best. Good luck
