logging a cache

When I try to log a cache from it's page all I get is a blank page, what's wrong?

It's hard to say without more information.

What browser are you using, on which platform? What exactly are you doing when you "try to log a cache from its page"? What URL are you on, what button/link do you click, that sort of thing.

Hello niraD, I'm using firefox. I click on the cache name I wish to log into, I then press LOG GEOCACHE which normally goes to the logging page then I enter the relevant details. As of now I only get a blank page, that goes for all the caches (14 from yesterday). Thank you for your reply, I hope you can help me.

Logging a geocache works fine for me using Firefox on MacOS. Do you have any plugins that might be affecting things?

Hello niraD, I have tried the hint you gave me and it does not work. However when I turn off my internet security (kaspersky) the log geocache page comes up and I'm able to log a find. Until I'm advised better I will continue to do this, very frustrating though.

Sounds familiar. When I'm on my company network, there are a couple web sites that don't work correctly for me, including the geocaching.com site.
