query to gps dakota

I only recently bought a garmin dakota 20. I also set up a pocket query which resulted in a zipfile that contains 500 caches. However, after opening the zip file I received, dragging the .gpx data to the corresponding file on my Dakota does not result in more caches to be seen in the list of my gps system. What goes wrong ?

GPX files must be in the \Garmin\GPX\ folder (not a file!) on either the internal memory or a mSD card.

Caches won't show up in the list if:
- They are more than 100~150 km away from your current position.
- You reached the limit of caches/waypoints (1000 waypoints and 2000 caches).
- You reached the limit of GPX files (200).
- You have a filter set.
- You have one or more corrupt GPX files.

Tip: clear your GPX folders after every cache day and reboot at least once before putting new files onto it.
