How do I delete a log/note with photo?

My son came home and was logging all our finds (and didn’t finds) and mistakenly wrote a note on a cache we didn’t visit. I can’t for the life of me figure out how to remove it! Please help.

Log in with the same account that posted the erroneous note; go to the cache page where the note was posted; scroll down to find the log and click "Edit log" - from there you can edit (the pencil icon), Delete (the trash can icon), or add a photo.  Click the Trash can, and it will confirm you want to delete the log; say yes, and it should be gone.

You need to do this from the website, geocaching.com, and not the app.  I haven't yet found a way to edit logs from the app, only from the website.

I have certainly made my share of mistake logs, frantically trying to correct them.  It happens!

How nice that your son was logging the days' activity!
