Private plane caching Carribean

Does anyone have any recommendations for geocaching via private planes in the Carribean?  Airports, routes, places to avoid, or must visits are all hoped for.

Maybe.   How much room do you have in that private plane?   The first one that I thought of was Conch Shell Horn, which I believe is now the oldest cache in the world that has not yet been found.  A private plane would only get you to Isla de Margarita and you'd still need to charter a boat to get to the island where Conch Shell Horn is located.

Thanks.  I should have included a link.  I've looked at the logistics of trying to find that cache a couple of times and it looks fairly daunting, but doable, if a small group of geocachers got together.

These are some cool caches.  I was thinking more along the line of land and finds.  

Part of the issue is figuring out the caches to figure out the plane.
