Update or Refresh a List

I've recently been working with the "Lists" feature and find it very useful. However I have not found a way to update or refresh an existing list or find the parameters that I used to set up the list in the first place. I realize I can add to a list but see no way to refresh the list that would add new caches that would qualify for the list based on the original parameters. 

Any help with this would be appreciated.

The list has to be populated cache by cache, "manually". But Pocket Queries can run periodically, by instance, so maybe they are more suitable for your needs?!

Thanks RuideAlmeida. I thought about that too. At least if I did a PQ I would have the parameters saved that I used to make the list. Also I noticed I can't "map" the list after I've initially looked at it..

Actually you can map your list by altering the url. Use this:

New Bookmark List view (click here)

Use the "Map" button to map the list.
