They don't care about their customers since they don't answer their emails or what not. Very upset. I spent my last $100 on this Magellan eXplorist GC. The Magellan Communicator refuses to work. Every time I try to download to the gps, it says it doesn't exist even though I've downloaded the bloody thing a dozen times. Also when I plug the gps in, it keeps telling me to format the drive. O.o Uh I format it, I'm sure I'll screw it up. It won't let me open the file either on my laptop to drag and drop the files. So no manually installing the files. Say's it doesn't recognize it. What the hell? Has anyone figured this out yet? I've tried everything that is listed. I can't afford another GPS. Edited January 28, 2018 by Rewilder65 Quote Link to comment
