+The Snowdog
A cache I logged today had a note from the CO dated 12/21/2017. But when I looked at the CO's profile the "last visit" date was Friday, 15 September 2017. So how was the CO able to post that note without logging in and registering a visit to the web site? +HHL
You may log a cache with a third party app via the api. The date says: last visit - not last log in. Hans Quote Link to comment
+The Snowdog
Hmmm... OK thanks for the info. That "Last visit" date might not be as useful as I thought for seeing if a CO was inactive. Quote Link to comment

A lot of cache owners monitor their caches by reading the email copies of the logs posted to their caches, which doesn't require logging into the site either. Quote Link to comment

Yep, last visit isGeocaching.com site visit. CO can be maintaining caches without activity that you can see. Just last login and found caches. But cache owner may not be finding these days, or logging finds, and still be taking care of owned hides. Quote Link to comment
