Trying to Trace the Owner of an Unactivated TB

This is a long shot... I'm trying to trace the owner of an unactivated TB.

I picked it up yesterday from an event in the Southern Region. Chatting with some local chums, we think it's a case of a (perhaps newby) cacher launching it but not realising it needs to be activated first.

Tracking down the cacher who brought it to the gathering, the passage of time (and the depths of a rucksack) mean we don't know which cache it was originally found in. Nor can we tell precisely which part of the country it may have been launched in (or when it was released). It MIGHT have been somewhere in the Milton Keynes area sometime last year.

It's an ordinary aluminium tag with an elasticated, white-bead, bracelet attached (see photo).
