Export function logs (will attend) for event owner

As an event owner, I would like an export function in an Excel format. For the creation of lists (for example, sales processing coins) it would be helpful, I could export the nicknames, logtype and date for further processing.

For many participants it is very complicated and difficult to create an overview from the logbook, which is necessary for my own list creation.

It would be very good for me as an event owner, if everyone who log "will attend", must give the number, how many people come from the account to the Event.
Nice to have were also, that you can as an owner create a multiple choice that needs to be filled out at will attend. For Example:
Do you want Secret Santa? (I hope google translated "Secret Santa" correctly)
Yes | No
Do you want drink something?
Yes | No
and so on....

Is it possible to create a tool like this? It would greatly simplify the hosting of (elaborate) events
