If the spot is still available you can publish a similar cache than the one you want to "resuscitate" (unless its type is grandfathered by now)... The need to use a geo checker will be not a problem. It sounds like RuideAlmeida thinks a "resuscitator cache" is one that recreates an old archived cache, thereby "resuscitating" it. From your other thread, it appears that you are using the term "resuscitator cache" to refer to a type of challenge cache, specifically a type of challenge cache that requires people to find "lonely" caches that haven't been found in a while.
