Syn
Where is a place to get a good cheap first aid kit at in portland say around 20 bucks or less. I am going to do the opal creek cache this saturday and the area looks a little remote. Quote Link to comment
+Mr. Snazz
I've seen decent first aide kits for less than $20 at Fred Meyers, K-Mart (do they still have those in Portland?), Wal-Mart... Even WinCo Foods has them sometimes. Might try Walgreen's Pharmacy. Of course, my concept of 'decent' is the medium sized white plastic box with 1,600 varieties of band-aide, some ointment, scisors, and enough other equipment to perform minor reconstructive surgery. I also found some really neat, very small first aide kits in the Impulse Buy area at freddy's recently. About $2, they had ointment and band-aids, maybe some wetnaps. Great for putting in your pocket. I also got a small sized kit at Rite-Aid for about $6, this one was larger but it was curved so as to be comfortable in a jacket or pants pocket. +Team JOYSON
I saw some pretty nice ones on the web for under $10. Try looking here. (Shameless plug, I know, but we all have to support the game somehow). Hard work often pays off after time, but procrastination always pays off now. Quote Link to comment

+dasein
I think this is the one we have. Got it at Fred Meyer, I believe. Small and light to fit in backpack or large pocket, yet not JUST bandaids. laurak --Temporarily French Polynesia's most prolific geocachers! Quote Link to comment
+MattandLaura
try the local firehall. They have nice items for good prices I can please only one person per day. Today is not your day. Tomorrow isn't looking good either. Quote Link to comment
