+Gill & Tony
If I am looking at another user's profile page, how can I determine their numeric User Id? Thanks Tony Edited November 30, 2017 by Gill & Tony Quote Link to comment
+Viajero Perdido
Have a mouse? Hover it over the View Forum Posts link on their profile page. Notice a number inside the URL. Solving a puzzle? Quote Link to comment

Notice a number inside the URL. Solving a puzzle? Thanks, that works. I'm not solving a puzzle. I found a bunch of Lab Caches at the Alexandra Event Mega and I want to update my GSAK database with the user name and user ID of the hider. Geocaching Melbourne is a user with no finds, no hides, no trackables and no forum posts, which seems to exist solely for being inserted into the "Placed by" field of caches which are a cooperative effort of the various members of the group. +HHL
In GSAK: go to the Event, call the variable $d_OwnerID and clip the result. Filter for the lab caches, global replace the OwnerID with the clipboard's content. Hans Edited November 30, 2017 by HHL Quote Link to comment
